Stay at the Camp
When is the camp in 2024?
2024 Pinjarra Bible school will run from late evening 28th March - 1st April mid-day, God willing
Where will I stay?
The Fairbridge Campsite is a heritage-listed village, with accommodation in the original English inspired cottages. The cottages, built in the early 1920s through to the late 30s and scattered amongst native trees, offer accommodation sizes ranging from 2 to 54 people. all cottages are self-contained, with their own kitchens, dining spaces and bathrooms. Bedding is included with some of the cottages and attendees who arrive by air are generally offered these cottages. alternatively, we can help with arranging bedding.
Who will I stay with?
If you have people who you would like to share a cottage with please feel free to request this. Our committee will make everyeffort to accommodate you with those you request, if possible. If you don't know anyone, don't worry! We will make sure that you are surrounded by warm, friendly people who are happy to share the camp with you.
Is there a house for teenagers and young people?
Absolutely! Scratton Lodge is the largest house at Fairbridge, sleeping 56. It is divided into two wings with the kitchen and dining area in the middle. Each wing has its own bathroom. This is reserved for the young people. Those aged 16 and over are encouraged to book into Scratton. Young people are encouraged to support each other and develop stronger relationships by going together in one house.
How is the weekend catered for?
Each house provides its own catering, except for communal meals. Each house has its own kitchen facilities. Morning teas and suppers are provided and so is bread and milk for each house for the weekend. Interstaters will have catered meals provided for them, mostly in the cottages where they are staying. For the 2024 camp, ALL communal meals are included in the overall fees and will be hosted in the communal dining areas. The following are how the meals will work, either communal or catered for in individual houses.
